  • No claim? Plan B. If Elon doesn't claim the fund by the deadline we post on X, the fees go toward buying a flying Roadster and tokenizing it on-chain.

No. $SPCX is a memecoin on Solana. It shares the ticker of SpaceX's Nasdaq stock, but holding it gives you no ownership in SpaceX.

Does Elon get the creator fees?

Yes, that's the plan. They go into the Cybercab Fund. If he verifies a wallet publicly, the full balance gets sent to him. Until then the $SPCX team holds it and won't spend it.
